Our Policies

We share our corporate policy framework transparently, covering occupational health, environmental management, ethical principles and human resources commitments.

Our Corporate Policy Framework

At Çevikoğlu Lojistik, all activities are governed by written policy documents. Our corporate policy framework goes beyond legal obligations to include voluntary commitments on ethics, safety, environment and human rights. Every policy document is approved by management, communicated to all employees, and updated at regular intervals to remain current. Our policies form the foundation not only of internal operations but also of the relationships we build with customers, suppliers and the wider community.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

Placing the health and safety of our employees and all stakeholders we serve at the forefront is a non-negotiable priority. Risk assessments are carried out across all operational areas; identified hazards are brought under control, and our drivers and personnel are regularly informed about occupational safety rules. Workplace accidents and near-miss events are recorded, their root causes are investigated, and actions to prevent recurrence are implemented. A safety culture is an internalised value at every level, from management to the field.

Environmental Policy

We set concrete targets to minimise the environmental impact of our activities and track progress towards those targets. We monitor environmental indicators such as fuel consumption, carbon emissions and waste generation, directing our improvement efforts with data. We ensure fleet compliance with current emission standards and factor environmental efficiency into load planning. Energy saving, recycling and waste management practices have been implemented at our facilities. Our environmental policy is an active management tool that guides every operational decision.

Quality Policy

Systematically managing and continuously improving the quality of service we deliver to customers is central to our corporate commitments. Our quality policy rests on standardised processes, measurable performance indicators and customer feedback mechanisms. Learning from errors and complaints, continuously raising our service standards and integrating industry best practices are the core elements of our quality philosophy. Quality is not the responsibility of a single department but the shared responsibility of the entire organisation.

Ethics and Business Conduct Principles

Honesty, transparency and fair competition form the foundation of all our business relationships. We adhere to ethical conduct standards in every interaction with our employees, customers and business partners. Clear prohibitions and reporting channels exist regarding conflicts of interest, discrimination, bribery and corruption. An impartial and prompt evaluation process is applied to any conduct that violates ethical principles. Our corporate reputation is seen as the long-term tangible return on an ethical stance.

Information Security and Confidentiality

The privacy and security of data belonging to our customers, employees and business partners is a fundamental responsibility. We process personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and ensure data is used solely for service purposes. Technical and administrative measures are taken to protect operational and commercial information; access rights are restricted based on business necessity. Information security awareness is a corporate competence regularly conveyed to our employees through training.

Customer Relations Commitment

Our commitment to customers is to deliver the promised service at the promised quality and on time. Service terms, pricing and responsibilities are clearly defined; no customer is left in uncertainty. When issues arise, we communicate quickly, transparently and with a focus on solutions. Long-term customer relationships are placed above short-term gains; customer satisfaction is both our service objective and the centre of our growth strategy.

Human Resources and Employee Rights

Our employees are the most important source of our corporate success. Equal opportunity is the guiding principle of all employment; discrimination on the basis of gender, religion, language or ethnic origin is not tolerated. Working hours, wages and rest rights are set in accordance with applicable labour legislation. Providing individual development opportunities, career planning and a safe working environment is an inseparable part of our responsibilities as an employer. Channels through which employees can share their views and suggestions are kept open; our corporate culture is built on participation and respect.
